Yoga & Mindfulness Classes

I teach a gentle, nurturing style of yoga, incorporating breath work, mindful movement, restorative poses and relaxation. My classes offer:

  • freedom of movement, strength, comfort and balance
  • connection to body and breath
  • restored energy and vitality
  • conscious awareness and self-compassion
  • a sense of peace and ease
  • support and encouragement for bringing mindfulness into daily life
  • a community of fellow yogis
  • for my beautiful yoga mamas, connection to self, baby and like-minded mothers

Classes are suitable for prenatal (after first trimester) and postnatal (after six week check-up) mothers. Mama & Baby Yoga is generally suitable until baby is proficiently crawling (approx 9 – 12 months).

Vinyasa Flow – Hartfield Park Recreation Centre, Forrestfield

  • Tuesdays 9:15am – 10:15am

  • Vinyasa flow develops body awareness, strength and flexibility through focused breathing, postures and movements. Suitable for all levels, but not recommended for pregnancy or postpartum.

  • Thursdays 11am – 12pm

  • This FREE class welcomes mums from six weeks postpartum and their babies

Mother Circle Series

  • 2022 Dates to be Confirmed
  • In collaboration with Postnatal Doula Kirsty Langsford of Mae Maternal (www.maematernal.com.au)
  • A nurturing space for pregnant and new mothers to gather, connect with other mothers and to give back to themselves
  • Includes gentle yoga/stretching, mindfulness, some time for reflection and journaling, to share your experiences (if you would like to) and light refreshments
  • Babies under 12 months welcome

PRIVATE, GROUP & CORPORATE CLASSES

In addition to my public group classes, I also teach:

  • individual private lessons (ideal for new mums, shift workers, those with particular needs or goals for their practice)
  • private group classes (mothers groups, friend/family groups, retirement villages)
  • corporate group classes (staff wellness, customer incentives, events and promotions)
