Hello! I’m Linda…

I live in the beautiful Perth Hills with my husband and daughter.

I am a Maternal Support Practitioner, offering yoga, mindfulness, postnatal doula services and peaceful parenting education for women at all stages of their motherhood journey.

My journey into motherhood started with hyperemesis gravidarum (severe nausea and vomiting) throughout pregnancy, followed by a long, intense labour and an overwhelming postpartum with a delightfully demanding and incredibly alert baby.

The physical and emotional challenges of motherhood inspired me to pursue yoga teacher and postnatal doula training so that I could help other women to feel more supported, nourished and nurtured along all stages of their motherhood journey.

I specialise in working with highly sensitive mothers who might be finding their journey more challenging than they expected, as well as Autistic, neurodivergent and otherwise disabled mothers. Those who have an NDIS plan may be able to use their funds towards my services.
